All catering and related services are subject to availability and written confirmation. Prices are quoted in BHD and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing or other valid reasons.

3. Payments & Topup Card

Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (MPGS). Topup amounts are linked to the specified card number and are non-transferable. It is your responsibility to keep your card details and references safe.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Cloud5 Catering W.L.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
