Cloud5 Catering W.L.L aims to provide a smooth experience for all customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle changes and refund requests for catering orders and Topup Card payments.
Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on preparation status. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may incur charges to cover ingredients, staffing and logistics already committed.
Topup transactions are generally non‑refundable once processed successfully. In the event of duplicate charges or technical errors, we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
